Gong.io announced a $20 million Series A1 round led by existing investors Norwest Venture Partners and Shlomo Kramer, with Wing Venture Capital and NextWorld Capital joining. The release said the company had been more than doubling revenue for four consecutive quarters.

Gong.io announced that it had acquired ONDiGO, an AI-powered sales intelligence platform. The company said ONDiGO's team would join Gong and that the acquisition would extend Gong's conversation intelligence product offering.

Gong announced a $65 million Series C round led by Sequoia Capital, bringing total funding to $134 million. The company described itself as a revenue intelligence platform using AI to analyze customer interactions and deliver actionable insights.

Gong announced a $200 million Series D financing at a $2.2 billion valuation. The round was led by Coatue, with participation from Index Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Thrive Capital, and existing investors.

Latest disclosed primary round was $250M Series E led by Franklin Templeton in Jun 2021 with Coatue, Salesforce Ventures, Sequoia, Thrive Capital, Tiger Global and others participating.

Gong named Kelly Breslin Wright its President and Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. The company said she would help lead operations and scale revenue, marketing, and customer success as Gong continued its growth.

Gong previewed a centralized platform for revenue teams and introduced new products planned for 2022, including Reality-Based Forecasting, Gong Assist, and Gong Collective. The release framed these additions as part of Gong's evolution into a broader revenue platform.
